If you have been locked out or cannot remember your password, you can reset it online. Just enter your Access ID and security challenge answer and you will be taken to a page with a link to reset your password. Just click on "Did you forget your password?" and fill in the requested information. A temporary password will be sent to the email address we have on file.

Generally, responses to consumer complaints will be provided within 10 business days and the resolution within 45 days of receipt. If Madison Bank ‘s investigation is not completed within 45 days, we will notify the consumer of the findings to date and when the investigation should be completed.
